I dont usually give fast food places a review due to their poor food and less than good service. Monroe Taco Bell is the exception to this. I dont usually encounter such appealing customer service. The staff no matter what time it is during the day is exceptionally nice. The food is the same as it always is. The difference is customer service. Greeted by the most pleasant person in the drive thru then at the pick up window is no different. Suggestions for what type of salsa is best on new food items... This NEVER happens ANYWHERE!!!

The cashier had an attitude , also the chruch wrap , was drie and had no flavor!! I am not impressed at all

I am a regular here. I come here for the the slush drinks. They are the best for Monroe, GA. It's cheap too. The food is okay. The customer service is not bad for a fast food restaurant. I just hate the line. The lines are the worst. Be prepared for happy hour lines.
